Returns
At Aurial, we want you to be satisfied with your purchase. If you are not completely happy with your order, you may request a return under the conditions outlined below.
You have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.
To be eligible for a return:
The item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it
The item must be in its original packaging
You must provide proof of purchase or order number
Damaged or Incorrect Items
If your item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of delivery.
To help us resolve the issue quickly, please include:
Your order number
A clear photo or video of the product showing the issue
Once reviewed, we will offer either:
A replacement, or
A full refund
Non-Returnable Items
Certain items cannot be returned, including:
Items that have been used or damaged by the customer
Items returned without original packaging
Items requested for return after 30 days of delivery
Refunds
Once your return request is approved and the item is received and inspected, we will notify you regarding the status of your refund.
If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method.
Please allow 5–10 business days for the refund to appear in your account depending on your payment provider.
Order Cancellations
Orders can only be canceled or modified within 12 hours of placing the order.
After this time, the order may already be processed or shipped and cannot be canceled.
Return Shipping
Customers may be responsible for return shipping costs, unless the item was received damaged or incorrect.
Shipping fees are non-refundable.
